Popular local fund-raiser Real Men Can Cook has chosen KW Counselling Services as their cause for 2012. The event takes place on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at St. George’s Hall in Waterloo. Tickets go on sale March 9th, and will be available at www.kwcounselling.com.
At the event, eighty would-be chefs will prepare their scrumptious recipes in quantities that allow for taste-testing. The chefs are judged by food experts and guest attendees. There will be music throughout the evening to dance the night away, with live and silent auctions adding to the excitement.
The proceeds from RMCC will be put to work at KW Counselling giving children and youth the opportunity to attend programs such as the school-based STEAM groups that help them learn ways to identify and manage their emotions.
Virtek laser solutions are precision laser-based templating, inspection and CNC manufacturing solutions. These solutions help users produce products faster, with better quality and at a lower cost.
The use of laser projection systems makes mechanical templates or time-consuming measurement procedures obsolete. The projected image is always precise because it is generated from the product’s CAD data.
COPP Communications is excited to be working with Virtek on product development.
Sceneverse is building a meta-service of social networks that will bring together a wide scope of cultural scenes. COPP was tapped to create an identity system that expresses the variety of these scenes, as well as their unity in the Sceneverse.
Sceneverse received a major investment from the Canadian Media Fund to fuel this mobile computing platform. The pilot scene being developed is the Canadian Punk Scene. Others will follow.
