With over 15 years in executive marketing positions, first with Fallon McElligott in the USA (twice named US agency of the year) and later in Canada with Southam and Torstar, Chris brings high-level experience in all aspects of marketing and communications, including brand strategy development and copywriting with companies like Coca-Cola, Ralston Purina, and American Brands. He has a Bachelors degree from Queen's University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
DARKO BRDJANIN, MA
Co-President, Director of Operations and Creative Development

With a career that began in Europe working as an art Director with Saatchi & Saatchi, consultant and assistant professor in advertising and design, Darko came to Canada and quickly established new credentials with experience working as senior art director on accounts like Enbridge/Consumers Gas, Environment Canada, Natural Resources Canada, and Progistix (former division of Bell Canada). Darko has a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design from the Sarajevo Fine Art Academy, and a Masters degree in Product Design from the Universita Internazionale Dell'Arte, Florence, Italy.

Graduating from Conestoga College in the Computer Programmer Analyst program, Jamie's most recent experience includes being a BlackBerry Radio Tools Developer at Research In Motion, as well as developing a Derby Race Manager application for Scouts Canada.

Doug has a BFA in Communication Design from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and a Certificate in Digital Photography from George Brown College in Toronto, ON. He has over 10 years experience in the design industry working on projects ranging from branding, website design to packaging.

Jill holds a Double Honours Major in Mass Communication and Psychology from York University and a High Honours Diploma in Creative Advertising from Seneca College. She has over a decade of experience in the industry and has worked in virtually every sector, every medium.
JOHN KOCEMBA, MBA

John's specialty is helping companies position themselves in competitive consumer marketplaces and creating meaningful differentiation at the retail level. An idea is only a good idea if it works in the field. Prior to COPP, John has held executive level Marketing positions in entrepreneurial and blue chip organizations and has helped companies straddle French/English markets as well as Canadian/US markets. He has a Bachelors degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from McGill University in Montréal. John conducts meetings and presentations in both English and French and resides in Montréal.
